  • 1/4 of Cup of butter
  • 1/2 Onion (minced)
  • Cream
  • 1 cube chicken seasoning
  • 5 red tomatoes
  • 1 Cup grated cheese
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3 Black peppers (dry)
  • 2 Avocados big
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Boil the tomatoes and black pepper until they are cooked
  2. Blending tomatoes (without the skin), the chile,the garlic and the cube of chicken in 2 liters of water but the water where is boiled the tomatoes
  3. Chop the onion in squares small then FRY it lightly in a skillet
  4. Add the mixture in the blender and let it boil for 10 minutes to fire slowly adding the salt, the pepper and the butter
  5. While the broth is boiled, cut the tortilla in strips for then frying them in oil boiling
  6. Once fried tortilla strips place them in a colander to avoid that they are saturated with oil
  7. Serve in a bowl, adding some tortilla strips,a little grated cheese and a couple of slices of avocado
