  1. 100 GRS. sancochada hen.
  2. 100 GRS. roast duck.
  3. 50 GRS. of roast pig.
  4. 100 GRS. Chinese cabbage.
  5. 50 GRS. of Chinese peas.
  6. 1 1/4 litre of broth bones.
  7. 1 poultry giblets.
  8. 1 teaspoon oil.
  9. 1 fried noodles Pack.
  10. 100 GRS. Loin of pork.
  11. 2 teaspoons salt.
  12. 1 teaspoon of seasoning.
  13. 6 onions Chinese.
  14. 2 teaspoons salt. Ground pepper.
  1. Bring a pan of water to. When boiling add the noodles. Stir them. Then get them drain and put them in a bowl.
  2. In a saucepan containing a liter and quarter cast – bone broth, take the giblets, Loin of pork and cabbage cut into slices. Add the peas, whole and without the sticks. Season with the salt and seasoning. Let boil for 3 minutes and add oil.
  3. Empty on the soup broth with all of its contents. Sprinkle with pepper. Bring the soup to the table decorated on top with the roast duck, the sancochada chicken and the roasted pig cut in pieces and onions.
