Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower
- 2 carrots diced white
- 4 carrots yellow
- 1 Pearl onion
- 1 chicken breast
- 2 Bay leaves
- 1 CDA. chopped parsley
- 2 branches of celery
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Place cooked chicken in 2 litres of water, along with the bay leaf and season with salt and pepper. Cook covered by 20 minutes over medium heat. Add the vegetables cut into pieces and cook them during 30 minutes. Remove the breast, cut it into small pieces and return it to the pan of vegetables. Add egg and beat with a hand whisk at the time incorporate it. Leave it to cook for 5 more minutes and serve.
