Ingredients
- Peas 200 GRS.
- Cut Bacon into pieces 100 GRS.
- Butter 20 GRS.
- You edges of bread to make the croutons.
- Onion 1 u.
- Garlic 1 tooth.
- Leek 1 u.
- Water 1/2 l.
- Milk cream 1/2 Cup.
- Salt and pepper c/n.
Instructions
- In butter Sauté onion, garlic and leek. Add the water and add peas, the pancela, salt and pepper.
- Cut the bread into cubes and place them in oven hot 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Pass the soup by the processor and then by a sieve. At last, Add the cream.
- Hot 5 minutes and serve with the croutons.
