Ingredients
  • Peas 200 GRS.
  • Cut Bacon into pieces 100 GRS.
  • Butter 20 GRS.
  • You edges of bread to make the croutons.
  • Onion 1 u.
  • Garlic 1 tooth.
  • Leek 1 u.
  • Water 1/2 l.
  • Milk cream 1/2 Cup.
  • Salt and pepper c/n.
Instructions
  1. In butter Sauté onion, garlic and leek. Add the water and add peas, the pancela, salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the bread into cubes and place them in oven hot 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Pass the soup by the processor and then by a sieve. At last, Add the cream.
  4. Hot 5 minutes and serve with the croutons.
