Ingredients
  • 2 Large tenderloins
  • 200 GR. mushrooms
  • 100 GR. smoked bacon
  • 100 GR. semi-hard goat cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon corn oil
  • 2 Zucchine
  • 2 tablespoons soya sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon dried ginger
  • Salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Cut the mushrooms into quarters and brown them in a pan over high heat, with a few drops of oil. Remove and cook in the same pan, bacon cut into small cubes, over medium heat to degrease and crisp.
  2. Mix with mushrooms and let warm. Add the grated goat cheese, chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Clean the tenderloins by removing the fat and skin. Make a cut in the center, along (lard), Fill them with the previous preparation and close them with a wooden toothpick.
  3. Add salt and pepper, Seal in a pan and finish cooking in the oven. Cut the zucchine and apples into cubes. Brown in a pan with drops of oil. Finally, Add honey, soy sauce, Ginger powder, salt and pepper.
  4. Serve the stuffed tenderloins over the sautéed apples and zucchine.
