Ingredients
  • -4 Pork Tenderloin steaks
  • -1 Cup of chicken broth
  • -1 glass of Pedro Ximénez
  • -1 small brick of cream cooking
  • -50 grams of foie gras
  • -Olive oil
  • -Salt
  • -Pepper
  • -2 golden apples
  • -Sugar
Instructions
