  1. 500 g of sauerkraut (Sauerkraut is made by macerating the cabbage in vinegar 15 days)
  2. 1 Green Apple
  3. 50 grams of Diced Bacon
  4. 1 small Onion diced
  5. 125 CC white wine
  6. 1 teaspoon sugar
  7. Water in sufficient quantities
  1. Sauté Bacon, Apple and onion, Add sauerkraut and leave a few minutes reabogar. Add wine, water and sugar.
  2. Cook over low heat until the desired, season with salt and pepper to taste.
