Ingredients
- 500 g of sauerkraut (Sauerkraut is made by macerating the cabbage in vinegar 15 days)
- 1 Green Apple
- 50 grams of Diced Bacon
- 1 small Onion diced
- 125 CC white wine
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Water in sufficient quantities
Instructions
- Sauté Bacon, Apple and onion, Add sauerkraut and leave a few minutes reabogar. Add wine, water and sugar.
- Cook over low heat until the desired, season with salt and pepper to taste.
