- 1/2 boneless skinless chicken
- 1 egg white
- 100 GR. sesame seed
- 2 Red Peppers
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 6 eggs
- 6 Viennese breads
- 100 GR. mayonnaise
- Fresh parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Process the sesame seeds until you get a creamy meal., Add the chicken meat and egg white, Re-Process, Add salt and ground black pepper. When a homogeneous paste has been made, Make the burgers. Cook the burgers on a griddle over low heat, on a griddle with drops of oil with olive oil.
- Burn the bell peppers, peel them and cut them into strips. Season with minced garlic, Salt, black pepper and olive oil. Process the parsley with a clove of garlic, mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
