Ingredients
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 green onions
  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 100 GR. White cheese
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 round tomatoes into thin slices
  • Lactal bread
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Drain the tuna and processing it with the juice of 1/2 lemon, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the green part of green onions chopped.
  2. Peel avocados, process them with white cheese, the juice of 1/2 lemon, salt and black pepper. Then, Add the rest of the finely chopped green onion. Reserve in the refrigerator.
  3. When are the two preparations cool, assemble the sandwiches with the bread, the mayonnaise and the tomatoes cut in thin slices. Serve well chilled.
