This time I come with a Dominican Creole stew, This recipe when they finished it will remain scared of the taste so good having the sancocho, I can assure you that they liked.

Ingredients
- 500 grams of pork boned, chopped into cubes of 1 inch
- 500 grams of bone-in pork meat, chopped
- 4 quarts of water
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 3 corn on the cob chopped into small pieces
- 2 green bananas (plantains) peeled chopped into four pieces and sprinkled with lemon juice
- 2 pounds of cassava, peeled and chopped into chunks of 1 inch
- 2 pounds of Yam, peeled and chopped into chunks of 1 inch
- 2 Malanga (Taro) peeled and chopped into chunks of 1 inch
- 2 sweet potatoes (sweet potatoes) peeled and chopped into chunks of 1 inch
- 1/2 small pumpkin (or Hubbard squash) peeled and chopped into chunks of 1 inch
- 1 seasoning with saffron envelope
- 1 bottle of 6 ounces of Sofrito
- 2 ripe bananas (plantains) integers, peeled and chopped into chunks of 1 inch
Instructions
- In a large pot, mix meat, bones, water and salt. Boil. Remove the foam that rises to the surface, reduce heat and simmer for 1 time.
- Add corn and green bananas (plantains). Mix and cook for 1/2 time.
- Add cassava, Yam and taro (Taro). Mix and cook for 1/2 time.
- Add sweet potatoes (sweet potatoes), the pumpkin, the sachet of seasoning, the sauce and mix. Place ripe bananas (plantains) up so that will not disrupt. Cook by 1/2 hour or until all vegetables are cooked.
