Ingredients
  • 600 GR. Chickpea
  • 200 GR. Black pudding
  • Green asparagus
  • spring onion
  • parsley
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the chickpeas during 2-3 hours to simmer (20 minutes in, 12 If is fast) having them 12 hours to soak the night before (You can also use packaged as cooked chickpeas).
  2. Cook in salted water for five minutes for asparagus, cut into pieces, drain and reserve.
  3. We washed and sliced green onion.
  4. Remove the skin of the sausage and cut it into cubes.
  5. FRY in a wok (or pan) during 6 minutes the onion and asparagus in oil.
  6. Add the blood sausage.
  7. Past 3 minutes add the chickpeas, chopped parsley and season.
  8. Let's hop for a couple of minutes, stirring well.
  9. We serve hot.
