  • 2 Supreme of chicken
  • 1 Onion
  • 250 GR. finely cooked long rice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of powder 5 spices
  • 2 tablespoons of corn starch
  • Sunflower oil, amount needed
  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoons Asian green onion or negui
  • Salt, to taste
  • Sesame seed for garnish
  1. Cut the chicken into a cube of 2 x 2 cm. cut the onion into cubes. Mixing the powder 5 spices with starch, coat the chicken cubes and fry them in hot oil. Book.
  2. Stir in the chopped onion with hot oil and sauté 2 minutes, add turmeric, cooked rice and chicken, Sauté 3 minutes more or until the rice is hot and starts to toast.
  3. Add chopped Asian green onion, Cook 1 minute and serve by decorating with sesame seeds.
