  • 4 green onions
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Cup dry white wine
  • 8 Sun-dried tomatoes (hydrated and preserved in oil)
  • 2 cups of tomato sauce
  • 4 portions of pasta
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  1. Cut green onions into julienne strips and diced onion. Chop garlic. Sauté onions and garlic in a skillet with olive oil, until they are transparent.
  2. Add the dry white wine, the hydrated chopped dried tomatoes and tomato sauce, Cook 10 minutes.
  3. Cook the pasta, to the dente and drain, saltenearla sauce, season and serve.
