Ingredients
- 4 green onions
- 1 Onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Cup dry white wine
- 8 Sun-dried tomatoes (hydrated and preserved in oil)
- 2 cups of tomato sauce
- 4 portions of pasta
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cut green onions into julienne strips and diced onion. Chop garlic. Sauté onions and garlic in a skillet with olive oil, until they are transparent.
- Add the dry white wine, the hydrated chopped dried tomatoes and tomato sauce, Cook 10 minutes.
- Cook the pasta, to the dente and drain, saltenearla sauce, season and serve.
