  • 1/4 cup of peanut oil
  • 3 teaspoons garlic, chopped fine
  • 3 tablespoon of dried onion sheets
  • 1 tablespoon of small dried chiles
  • 1/2 teaspoon prawn paste
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, or kecap manis
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 250 g crispy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons of unrefined sugar or demerara sugar
  • 1/2 cup of salted peanuts, thick bites
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  1. Heat half the oil in a wok.
  2. Saute garlic and onion rolls without getting browned; pass them to a source.
  3. Fry the chillies in the wok until they swell and turn black. Piquelos.
  4. Fry the prawn paste in the remaining oil, crushing it with the back of a spoon. Turn off the fire, add soy sauce and lemon juice. Let it sizzle, put the peanut butter and stir until creamy.
  5. Add onion and garlic mixture and stir in chillies, sugar and poop, mix it all well. With a spoon, metal in a clean, dry glass jar, tape it and store it in the fridge. To dilute the sauce, heat coconut milk in a saucepan; add some 2/3 cup concentrated peanut sauce. Stir until creamy.
