Ingredients
  • 1 CDA. Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 Teaspoon nutmeg powder
  • Drops of oil
  • 2 Cups of milk
  • 1/8 Teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 Cup ground walnuts
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan melt the butter with a few drops of oil (so not to burn the butter) over medium heat. Add flour sifted previously, stirring with a wooden spoon until it is golden and burbujendo.
  2. Add the milk slowly stirring constantly, by 7 minutes approx.. Add the ground nuts. Add the salt, pepper and nutmeg. It serves to accompany white meat.
