  • 1 avocado / avocado
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 small scallion onion
  • ¼ red bell pepper
  • 1 plum tomatoes
  • ½ jalapeño
  • Cilantro and salt to taste
  1. Crotar tomato concassée, brunoise peppers, onion into very small cubes. Book.
  2. Processed avocado, garlic and lemon juice, until you obtain a homogeneous paste.
  3. Remove and incorporate the concassée, the brunoise and onion. Add salt and perfume with fresh cilantro plus. Store tightly covered so not oxidize the avocado in contact with air.
