  • 200 GR. mushrooms
  • 100 GR. cooked ham
  • 20 GR. butter
  • 1 Cup dry white wine
  • 1 breed of milk cream
  • 1 Cup of chopped parsley
  • 400 GR. dry pasta
  • 1 Cup of grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  1. Cut the mushrooms into julienne strips and diced ham. Cook them in a pan with butter, Cook 5 minutes. Add the wine and Cook 5 minutes to reduce.
  2. Add the cream and the chopped parsley, Cook 5 minutes more to cook the chosen pasta, drain and place in a bowl.
  3. Spray it with warm cream, grated cheese, salt and pepper and broil in the oven.
