Exquisite thick and traditional sauce.

Ingredients
- 200 GR. mushrooms
- 100 GR. cooked ham
- 20 GR. butter
- 1 Cup dry white wine
- 1 Cup milk cream
- 1 Cup of chopped parsley
- 400 GR. dry pasta
- 1 Cup of grated cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cut the mushrooms into julienne strips and diced ham. Cook them in a pan with butter, Cook 5 minutes. Add the wine and Cook 5 minutes to reduce.
- Add the cream and the chopped parsley, Cook 5 minutes more to cook the chosen pasta, drain and place in a bowl.
- Spray it with warm cream, grated cheese, salt and pepper and broil in the oven.
