Ingredients
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 kilo of eye in slices
  • 1 can of tomato puree
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • Pepper white
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 Cup warm water
  • 1/2 glass of white wine (Optional)
Instructions
  1. Chop the onion well small and, in a saucepan, add the oil and turn the burner to minimum; then insert the onion.
