1 medium onion
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 kilo of eye in slices
1 can of tomato puree
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 Cup warm water
1/2 glass of white wine (Optional)
Chop the onion well small and, in a saucepan, add the oil and turn the burner to minimum; then insert the onion.
