  • 1 Onion
  • 2 tablespoons corn oil
  • 5 tablespoons dry white wine
  • 1 Cup milk cream
  • 1 cup of fish fumet
  • 1 teaspoon black caviar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 portions of pasta
  1. Chop the onion and brown it in a saucepan with the oil. Add the wine and cook 3 minutes. Stir in the cream, the fish fumet and cook until thickened, a few minutes.
  2. Add the teaspoon of black lumpo caviar, mix, sprinkle at ease and serve on the chosen pasta, cooked al dente.
