Ingredients
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 Cup of tomatoes cubes
- 2 tablespoons of tomato puree
- 2 dried tomatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 400 GR. of penne rigatti
- 4 fresh mozzarella bocconcini
- Chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Chop the garlic and cook in a saucepan with the olive oil, until this transparent. Add the diced tomatoes and mash and Cook 10 minutes. Add the dry cherry tomatoes and season, Cook 5 more minutes.
- Separately Cook the pasta in boiling water and salt, drain and sauté 2 minutes with sauce. Distribute in plates with a round of mozzarella cut in the Middle, Garnish with chopped fresh basil.
