  • 4 salmon fillets of 150 GR. each
  • 2 yogurt cups
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 Cup of olive oil
  1. For the sauce put the yogurt in a liquidiser with the honey jar, paprika, chopped dill, salt and pepper. Process or beat. Book.
  2. Marinate salmon with salt, pepper and olive oil, during 1 hour in the refrigerator. Remove the salmon and seal it in an electric iron for about three minutes on each side.
  3. Arrange salmon in the dishes and bathing them in yogurt sauce.
