Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets of 150 GR. each
- 2 yogurt cups
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 Cup of olive oil
Instructions
- For the sauce put the yogurt in a liquidiser with the honey jar, paprika, chopped dill, salt and pepper. Process or beat. Book.
- Marinate salmon with salt, pepper and olive oil, during 1 hour in the refrigerator. Remove the salmon and seal it in an electric iron for about three minutes on each side.
- Arrange salmon in the dishes and bathing them in yogurt sauce.
