  • 1 Salmon fillet
  • 1/4 Cup of orange juice with pulp
  • 1/4 Cup of juice of grapefruit
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Half a lemon sliced
  • 1/2 Spanish onion, cut into thin slices
  • 1 bunch of fresh dill and pepper

  2. Place salmon fillets, in a baking tray.

  4. Add the orange juice, grapefruit and lemon. Add lemon slices, the onion and the branches of fresh dill (to taste). Season with pepper, citrus and salt.
