Ingredients
- 1 Salmon fillet
- 1/4 Cup of orange juice with pulp
- 1/4 Cup of juice of grapefruit
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- Half a lemon sliced
- 1/2 Spanish onion, cut into thin slices
- 1 bunch of fresh dill and pepper
Instructions
- STEP 1
- Place salmon fillets, in a baking tray.
- STEP 2
- Add the orange juice, grapefruit and lemon. Add lemon slices, the onion and the branches of fresh dill (to taste). Season with pepper, citrus and salt.
- STEP 3
- Marinate in the refrigerator at least an hour.
