  • 400 g flour
  • 120 g sugar

  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 250 g of apricot jam
  1. Sift the flour onto a smooth surface. Make a hole in the Center and placing the sugar, Salt, the lemon rind, vanilla, yolks and rum. Distribute the butter in small pieces by mass.
  2. Work all ingredients until you get a shortcrust pastry. Let stand wrapped in aluminium foil during 2 hours in the refrigerator. Heat oven to 180 degrees.
  3. Spread the dough on a floured surface so that it has 3 mm thick. Cut into the dough disks and rings of the same size and same number.
  4. Cook at medium height during 10-15 minutes. Remove pasta from the baking tray with the help of a wide knife and leave to cool on a wire rack. Sprinkle the rings with powdered sugar sifted.
  5. Heat over low heat jam, spread with her round pasta and placed on the rings. Put more jam in the center of the rings. Let dry well before storage.
