  • 200g of corn starch.
  • 50g self-raising flour.
  • 50g butter.
  • 50g sugar.
  • 2 eggs.
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence.
  • sugar for sprinkling.
  1. Batan along with the sugar butter at room temperature until obtaining a cream.
  2. Add the eggs one by one and go beating them. Pour the vanilla essence to perfume the mixture.
  3. Sift together the flour with corn starch. Add to the egg mixture.
  4. Knead until the mixture becomes a dough that does not stick in the hands. Let stand in the freezer for one 1 time.
  5. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until this has 1 cm thick.
  6. Using a pasta cutter to make medallions and with a smaller tile retreat center to give way to thread.
