  • 1 liter of milk
  • 225 GR. semolina
  • Butter c / required
  • Cheese gruyere c / required
  • 450 GR. of green beans
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 spoonful of lard
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  1. Peel the green beans and cook them in salted water. Put the milk and a tablespoon of butter with a pinch of salt, boil it and add the semolina and the fourth part of the thin-sliced green beans, simmer, stirring continuously. Remove from fire and add the beaten eggs, stir well.
