Ingredients
  • Onion
  • Green peppers
  • Vegetables to taste
  • Soy sauce
  • Garlic in powder
  • Pepper black
  • Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Cut the tofu into pieces of, approximately, a centimeter thick.
  2. Add all the ingredients in a pan with a tablespoon of oil of olive to temperature medium and FRY during 8 or 10 minutes.
  3. Serve with a slice of whole wheat bread.
