  1. 300 GRS. of meat of pig.
  2. 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  3. 1/2 teaspoon sugar.
  4. Pepper, a pinch.
  5. 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning.
  6. 5 onions Chinese.
  7. 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger.
  8. 1 egg white.
  9. Oil for frying.
  1. The well Petite pig meat mincer. Add the sugar, pepper, the seasoning, Chinese onions chopped well menudito, the ginger and egg white.
