Directions

1Pour into a mould high of 18 cm well greased with butter or oil.

2We introduce the topic in the warmed oven and wait a few 20 minutes. Checking if is well cooked before removing it, then it took and it remove of the mould leaving it cool on a grid or another surface that us facilitate work it without hinder.

3While it cools beat the 3 whites of egg whites with sugar.

4To finish, We cover all the cake with prepared meringue, with the help of a spatula kitchen and espolvoreeamos surface and contour with almond slices. We decorate with a few coffee beans to give it the final touch, right in the center of the cake.

5Already this ready, our first Almond Cake ready to be devoured by mouths more hungry House. This is a great dessert for nice with any family or friends snacking while they spend a pleasant time chatting at home.

Ingredients

Ingredients of the cake:

4 eggs,

100 grams of flour

100 grams of sugar

50 grams of almonds ground

A few drops of almond essence

2 Tablespoons of coffee strong or loaded

1 Tablespoon of baking powder
