Ingredients
  • 3 Egg whites
  • 1 Whole egg
  • ½ Green Pimento
  • ½ red pepper
  • 1 Small onion, julienned
  • 1 Spoonful of olive oil
  • ¼ Teaspoon black pepper freshly ground.
  • A pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, put a spoonful of olive oil, the onion, the peppers cut into julienne and pepper.
  2. Let that be pochen.
  3. Whisk the egg and the clear, take salt and add it to the frying pan, stirring constantly, until the desired texture.
  4. Serve with a slice of whole wheat bread.
