Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 kilo of potatoes
  • 1 Cup of milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 2 1/2 cucharadas de perejil picado finamente
Instructions
  1. lavar las papas, pelar y poner a cocer en una olla con 2 litres of water.
  2. una vez cocidas, molerlas (puede ser en un prensapuré, batidora eléctrica o machacador).
  3. con las papas molidas en la olla, agréguele la leche, mantequilla y el perejil. Mezcle todo los ingredientes y caliente a fuego bajo revolviendo constantemente.
  4. sazone con pimienta y sal y retire la olla del fuego. Serve immediately.
