  • 1 1/2 kilo of potatoes
  • 1 Cup of milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  1. wash the potatoes, peel and cook in a pot with 2 litres of water.
  2. once cooked, grind them (can be in a purée, electric mixer or crusher).
  3. with the potatoes ground in the pot, add the milk, butter and parsley. Mix all ingredients and heat over low heat, stirring constantly.
  4. season with pepper and salt and remove the pot from the heat. Serve immediately.
