Portions 6
  1. 1 kilo of celery
  2. 8 cups of water
  3. 3 1/2 teaspoons salt
  4. 3 tablespoons butter
  5. 1/8 teaspoon grated nutmeg
  6. 1/4 teaspoon white pepper, freshly ground
  7. 1/2 Cup hot milk.
  1. It peels, wash and cut celery into small pieces.
  2. It is cooked until tender in a pot with enough water covering it and salt. Drain and is passed through a pasa-pure.
  3. Turns to the dry pot without water, It placed the pot on the burner, in water bath, the other ingredients are added and you stir vigorously with wooden spoon or with portable electric mixer.
