  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Cup of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla
  • 4 Fresh peaches, cut into slices
  • 4 Chilean plums cut into slices
  1. -in a bowl, with electric mixer, mix the butter and the sugar until a whitish creamy texture
  2. -Add one one eggs beating well, until they are incorporated into the mix.
  3. -Add the sifted flour and the vanilla essence. Beat to incorporate all ingredients and reserve
  4. -Preheat oven to 180 GC / 350 GF.
  5. -Butter a baking large pudding type or 4 individual and arrange peaches and plums in the background. Add the dough that I book and bake Bain-Marie, i.e., on a refractory with water, during 15/20 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  6. -Serve pudding served with Worcestershire sauce.
