Homemade Apple pudding
This dessert already it towards my grandmother (and probably the grandmother of my grandmother). It is great. At least to my love. I would say that this pudding and the flan of egg that my sister prepares are my favorite desserts.
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 3 slices of bread
- 250 grams of white sugar
- raisins
- an Apple
- Half a litre of milk
Preparation or processing:
- Mix the eggs with mixer, milk and sugar.
- Once created a homogeneous mixture, pour the Apple peeled and diced small, the crumbled bread and raisins and mix it well.
- Put the dough in caramelized mold and cover it with aluminum foil.
- Cook it in the oven at the bath at a temperature of 175 ° C for one hour aproximadamenete (the exact cooking will be when to stick a needle and it comes out clean).
- Allowed to cool, It put as ready to eat.
