Instructions
  1. melt the butter in a pot , Add the water and let it boil stirring constantly.
  2. Add blow flour stirring constantly until the mixture is off of the bottom of the pot. Remove the pot from the fire
  3. Add the eggs one by one, mixing in each addition.
  4. the mixture should be thick.
  5. in a sleeve pastry add the mixed fomando sprouts on a Tin greased and floured and bake for a few 30 to 35 minutes.
  6. remove from oven when golden brown and dry. Remember to leave a separation between each of the sprouts, to avoid sticking, since they grow inside the oven.
  7. prepare the cream pastry according to the recipe and book.
  8. to fill the sprouts you should make a cut by half, taking care not to split them and fill them with the help of a sleeve. If you want also you can fill some with delicacy. Serve them sprinkled with sugar flower.
