  • 1 Cut chicken
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cups of broth
  • 1 Cup of coffee of dry white wine
  • 2 cups of peeled chestnuts
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
