Ingredients
  • 1 chicken (Broken into small pieces)
  • 1 Can of pate
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 can of beer
  • Peppercorn
  • Natural yogurt (Optional)
  • Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Clean the chicken well and brown the pieces in oil. No need to use a lot of oil, but do it with moderate heat so that it is not snatched from the outside.
  2. Set aside and in that same oil brown the onion.
  3. When this soft add the chicken, Beer and pate, along with a few grains of black pepper. Let half of the beer evaporate and place the chicken pieces in a dish. Pass the sauce through the blender and cover the chicken.
Notes
  • If you want along with the beer you can add the yogurt.
