Ingredients
- 500 g thick chicken breast fillets
- 1 egg white, little beaten
- 2 teaspoons cornmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon finely grated ginger
- 3 tablespoons oil
Lemon sauce
- 2 teaspoons cornmeal
- 2 tablespoons water
- 6 teaspoons refined sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3/4 cup of polio broth
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried sherry
Instructions
- Wash chicken in cold water and dry with absorbent paper. Diagonally cut the breasts into strips of 1 cm wide. Mix the egg white in a bowl, corn flour, Salt and ginger; Put the chicken in and stir. Leave it marinating in the fridge 30 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a thick-bottomed wok or skillet and stir to grease the base and sides. Take the chicken out of the marinade and drain it; Pour it into the wok and sauté it over moderate heat without roasting. Put the chicken in a dish; Keep it warm while preparing the sauce. Carefully remove the rest of the oil from the wok.
To prepare the lemon sauce
