Ingredients
  • 400GR. Chicken tenderloins
  • 200 GR. rice
  • 3 tablespoons soya sauce
  • 1 spoonful of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 piece of ginger or 1 tablespoon of spice
  • 1 Cup chicken broth
  • oil
Rice
  1. Put the rice to cook in a pot with water (same amount of water as rice), a pinch of salt and a bay leaf. Cover the Pan and cook for a few 10 minutes.
Chicken
  1. Grate the ginger and put it in a bowl. Add soy sauce and sugar. Put the chicken, merge with the sauce and left to macerate during 15 minutes.
  2. Drain the chicken and sauté over high heat in a pan with a little oil. Remove the chicken.
  3. Pour into the pan sauce that remains of maceration (You can add a dash more soy if it was not much), along with the vinegar and the glass of broth. Cooking over high heat so the sauce reduces.
  4. It is served in a supply rice and chicken. Pour the hot sauce over the fillets.
Notes
