  • 250 GRS. butter
  • 250 GRS. flour
  • 1 1/2 cuch. of yeast
  • 250 GRS. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 handfuls of raisins and cherries
  • Butter and flour (to spread the mold)
  • Icing sugar
  1. In a bowl, pour the soft butter and sugar. Then, go adding the eggs one by one mixing with a stick blender.
  2. Then, add the flour with the yeast and continue mixing with a spatula.
  3. Pour the dough into a buttered pan sprinkled with flour. Throw the raisins (previously macerated) and the cherries, both battered in flour. Spread them out for the cake.
  4. Put the pan in the hot oven at 200o during 10 minutes. After this time, lowers the oven temperature to 175o and leaves others 30 minutes approximately.
  5. Remove from the oven, lets cool and unmould.
  6. To serve, sprinkle the plum-cake with icing sugar and chop it.
