Ingredients
- 3 cups flour (360grams)
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder (dry chemical, leavening)
- ½ teaspoon fine salt
- 3 eggs
- ¾ cup oil
- Milk quantity required
Filling
- 1 cup chopped parsley
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 100grams of grated cheese
- 4 clear
- Salt to taste
Cover
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 red pepper
- 3 o 4 Basil leaves
- Oregano and thyme to taste
- Salt, pepper
For the dough
- Place flour in processor, baking powder and salt, previously sifted.
- Add eggs, oil, and ¾ cup milk.
- Process until everything a and a mass is well formed soft. If you need to add more than milk.
The filling
- Mix the parsley with chopped garlic, paprika, the grated cheese and the whites to snow with a spoonful of sugar. Salt to taste.
Cover
- Mix in a bowl the oil, chopped tomatoes, chopped onion, the teeth of garlic, the bell pepper, chopped, Basil leaves, oregano and thyme. Salt and pepper to taste and leave in the refrigerator a few hours macerating.
- Brush with oil a pizza maker from 24 or 26cm and place half of the dough. Spread the filling and cover with the other half of the dough. Finally cover with previously macerated cover and spread a little of oil threads.
- Lead to a hot oven 190 degrees during 15 o 20 minutes or until you notice cooked and crispy base.
