  • 500 g flour
  • 30 g pressed yeast
  • 1/4 l of lukewarm milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 70 g sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • a tip of knife of nutmeg and another from Jamaica pepper
  • the bark of 1/2 grated lemon
  • 120 g butter
  • 50 g very chopped candied lemon rind
