  • 200g of consistent or smoked tofu, dice
  • 150 g of small mushrooms, in halves
  • 1 red pepper and 1 Yellow, squares
  • 2 Zucchini, in thick slices
  • 500g of couscous
  • 2 cups of boiling vegetable broth
  • 30g butter
  • 1/2 cup of chopped fresh herbs
  1. Turn on the grill. Mix the ingredients of the dressing.
