Ingredients for the base of the foot of lemon
- 1 1/2 Cup flour sifted with baking
- 50 GRS. sugar flower
- 125 GRS. butter or margarine
- 2 egg yolks (reserve the egg whites)
- 3 tablespoons milk. (If necessary, add more milk to join the mass well, Adds a little more)
Ingredients stuffed lemon sole
- 1 condensed milk jar
- 1/2 Cup of juice of lemon
- 2 tablespoons grated lemon peel
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
Preparation of the dough
- Beat butter or margarine with the sugar, Add the flour and knead with the tip of your fingers. Add the egg yolks and milk and keep mixing gently.
- Wrap and leave it in the refrigerator for a few 20 minutes
- Into buttered Pan spread dough with your fingers on the bottom and on the banks (to avoid sticking fingers in flour one may apply)
- Preheat the oven for five minutes and then bake for a few 10-12 minutes
Filling preparation
- In a bowl together milk condensed with zest, lemon juice and the 2 egg yolks. Stir well and pour this mixture over the dough.
- Beat the 4 clear with sugar forming a bitumen (glaze) cover and decorate the foot. Place in the oven for five minutes or until golden brown.
