Ingredients
- 1 package of 200 grams of chocolate bar
- 1/4 Cup water
- 8 Separate eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 2/3 cup sugar
Instructions
- Heat the chocolate in the water in a pot over low heat always stirring, until it is well melted. Add the yolks and vanilla.
- Apart, Beat the egg whites to the point of snow, Gradually add the sugar and whisk until soft peaks form.. Mix a small amount of this meringue in the chocolate to soften it. Wrap the chocolate mixture in the rest of the egg whites. Measure 4 Cups this mousse and put it in a foot mold previously greased with margarine and sprinkling with granulated sugar.
- Bake for 25 minutes (200° C). The rest of the mixture keep it on refrigeration. Remove from oven, The center will sag forming the scab for the foot.
- Let cool to room temperature and then fill with the rest of the chocolate preparation you cooled. Take everything back to the cold and serve garnishing with whipped cream and chocolate sauce.
