Are bread unleavened bread that is cooked directly on stones hot or flat bars of iron. They consume freshly made and are ideal to accompany soups and sauces. We can also improvise "pizzas" fast with piaditos.

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Warm water in quantities required
  1. Make a soft dough and let rest in an oiled Bowl covered with film by 20 minutes, divide the dough into rolls, stretch and cook on both sides until they are golden.
