Ingredients
- 250 g dried rice sticks
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, fine chopped
- 1 teaspoon red chilli peppers, chopped
- 150 g pork, in thin strips
- 100 g of raw prawns, chopped
- 75 g of shallots, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of fish sauce
- 2 spoonfuls of lime juice
- 2 teaspoons fine brown sugar
- 2 eggs, smoothies
- 1 Cup (90 g) of bean sprouts, without the thin ends
- sprigs of fresh coriander
- 1/4 Cup (40 g) roasted peanuts, chopped
Instructions
- Immerse the anozine sticks in cooking water during 10 minutes or until they are soft. Drain and set aside. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan; when the oil is hot, throw the garlic, chillies and pork and saltelae them during 2 minutes.
- Add the prawns and saltelas during 3 minutes; incorporate the shallots and noodles well drained. Cover the wok and leave to cook for another minute.
- Add the fish sauce to the wok, lime juice, sugar and eggs; remove everything very well with 2 wooden spatulas or spoons until the egg is laid. Spread soybean sprouts over the top, coriander and peanuts.
Notes
- Variation: instead of prawns and pork,
- you can use chicken and/or tofu. Add carrot slices and bok-choy.
