Fish grilled with tomato confit

The fish is one of those food more healthy for our body and is ideal for those that want to carry a diet healthy. This recipe is a simple recipe that just lasts a few 15 minutes of preparation. You can accompany with a wine white and is a recipe for 4 porciones.


12 tomatoes

200 ml of juice of Orange

1 jalapeño fresh

2 spoons of sweetener powder for oven and hob

4 fillets of anchovies fresh with fur medium

2 tablespoons (tea) of salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

16 olives green medium without bones

1 spoonful of olive oil

1 tablespoon of light soy sauce

To decorate: French chopped shallots


Put in a casserole the tomatoes, Orange juice, 200 ml water, jalapeño and sweetener. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Remove from the heat, cover the skillet and reserve.

Season fish with salt and pepper fillets. Place fillets (skin up) in an electric Grill hot. Close without pressing and leave during 5 minutes or until the fish is tender. Remove from grill. If you prefer, use a frying pan non-stick.

Serve the fillets of anchovies in the tomatoes and drizzle with a little broth used for confit. Place the olives. Drizzle with olive oil mixed with soy sauce and garnish with chives chopped to French.
