Fried fish with soft curry and coriander

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of ghee
- 4 white fish fillets, about
- 125 g each
- 1 medium onion, fine chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped fine
- 1 teaspoon of coriander ground
- 2 teaspoons of ground cumin
- l/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon of chili in blades
- 1 tablespoon of concentrated tomato
- 1/2 Cup water
- 1/4 cup of coriander, chopped fine
Instructions
- Melt the ghee in a large, cold frying pan the fish during 1 minute on each side. Transfer it to a fountain.
- Sauté the onion and garlic over medium heat until soft and golden. Stir in the coriander, cumin, turmeric and chilli, and reject it others 30 seconds.
- Add concentrated tomato and water, and slowly cuddle for 2 minutes. Stir in fish fillets, turning them over so they can soak well.
- Let them cook for 1 minute on each side. When they're almost done, add the chopped coriander and let them heat up completely. Serve with rice or unleavened bread (Parathas).
Notes
- Prepare this dish immediately before serving. You can use any type of white fish, but of consistent meat.
