  • 2 tablespoons of ghee
  • 4 white fish fillets, about
  • 125 g each
  • 1 medium onion, fine chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped fine
  • 1 teaspoon of coriander ground
  • 2 teaspoons of ground cumin
  • l/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chili in blades
  • 1 tablespoon of concentrated tomato
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 1/4 cup of coriander, chopped fine
  1. Melt the ghee in a large, cold frying pan the fish during 1 minute on each side. Transfer it to a fountain.
  2. Sauté the onion and garlic over medium heat until soft and golden. Stir in the coriander, cumin, turmeric and chilli, and reject it others 30 seconds.
  3. Add concentrated tomato and water, and slowly cuddle for 2 minutes. Stir in fish fillets, turning them over so they can soak well.
  4. Let them cook for 1 minute on each side. When they're almost done, add the chopped coriander and let them heat up completely. Serve with rice or unleavened bread (Parathas).
  • Prepare this dish immediately before serving. You can use any type of white fish, but of consistent meat.
