Ingredients
- 6 tollo fillets, Pippin, salmon or corvina (700 to 800 GRS.)
- 1/2 almond rate, peeled and filleted on sticks
- juice of half a lemon
- 1 cuch. margarine
- 1 spoonful of canising powder
- 3 cuch. margarine
- salt and pepper
- parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Wash the fart, dry it and leave it with the lemon juice.
- In a fountain is placed the margarine to melt 70% by 1 to 1 1/2' uncovered. Put almond sticks and join with margarine, uncovered to the 100% by 3 5' stirring so they don't burn, then they are taken out and left aside.
- Put 3 spoonfuls margarine and baked canist 70% by 1 to 1 1/2'. Put the fish wallowing in the hot mixture. He covers himself and takes the 70% by 6'. Then put the salt and pepper. It's covered up and again 70% by 5 6' more.
- See that it's cooked.
- On top is placed the parsley which can be fresh or dry, almonds and covered is taken to the 50% by 4 5'.
Notes
- All times are for microwave of 1000 Watts. If you have less, It's okay. Just increase the times and check the cooking
