  • 150 g butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • a ground cinnamon knife tip, another ground aromatic cloves and another of grated nutmeg
  • the bark of 1 grated lemon
  • 125 g flour
  • 125 g of unpeeled ground almonds
  • 125 g of breadcrumbs
On the other hand
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • 3-4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 30 g candied lemon rind
  • 30 g of candied orange rind
  1. Beat the butter with the sugar until you get a frothy dough. Add the egg, spices and lemon rind. Sift the flour over top. gradually add almonds and breadcrumbs and work it all up until you get a broken dough.
  2. Let the dough wrapped in foil or beard paper rest for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Heat oven to 200 degrees. Spread the dough on a floured surface so that it has 4 mm thick and cut rectangles of 3 x 6 cm.
  3. Place the pastas on a baking sheet, saving enough distance between them and cooking for a 10-12 minutes to half-height.
  4. Sift powdered sugar, beat with the lemon juice and arrange a thick layer of this bath over the somewhat cooled pastas.
  5. Cut the candied lemon and orange bark into small strips and sink them a little into the still soft bath.
